Ingredients:

Each capsule contains: Panax ginseng (Korean Ginseng) root ext. dry conc. 30 mg Derived from fresh 1.5 g Cola nitida (Kola Nut) fruit ext. dry conc. stand. 100 mg Derived from min. dry 1 g Equiv. caffeine 10 mg Camellia sinensis (Green Tea) leaf ext. dry conc. stand. 150 mg Derived from min. dry 2.25 g Equiv. caffeine 6 mg Rhodiola rosea (Rhodiola) root ext. dry conc. stand. 72 mg Derived from min. dry 288 mg Equiv. rosavin 2.16 mg Equiv. salidroside 1.44 mg No added gluten, dairy, lactose, soy, egg, artificial colours or artificial flavours. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Usage Directions:

Adult dosage: Take two capsules daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Warnings:

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Contains 16 mg total caffeine per capsule. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine.
