Description:

Nurofen For Children 7+ Soft Chewable Capsules provide temporary relief of mild to moderate pain such as a sore throat, dental pain, ear ache, headache, minor aches, sprains, strains and pain of cold and flu as well as fever reduction.

The easy to chew format does not require water providing effective relief on the go. It is suitable for children that find tablets difficult to swallow.

Ingredients:

Each capsule contains 100mg ibuprofen.

Also contains glucose, sucrose and soya lecithin.

Usage Directions:

This product should be chewed before swallowing.

7 years - 10 years (average weight 22-32kg): Two capsules (max 8 in 24 hours)

10 years - 12 years: (average weight 32-40kg):Three capsules (max 12 in 24 hours)

Doses should be given as necessary every 6 to 8 hours (or with a minimum of 6 hours in between each dose if required).

Children should take plenty of fluids.

Storage:

Store below 25°C. Protect from heat.

Always read the label and use only as directed. If symptoms persist please consult your healthcare professional. Incorrect use could be harmful. Keep out of reach of children

Do not use: if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, ibuprofen, aspirin or anti-inflammatory medicines, if you are in the last 3 months of pregnancy, if you have a stomach disorder or ulcer, if you have impaired kidney or liver function, if you have heart problems. Do not exceed stated dose, excessive use can be harmful and increase the risk of a heart attack, stroke or liver damage.

Ask your doctor before use if you: are taking any other medicines, including those containing ibuprofen, aspirin or other anti-inflammatory medicines, if you are in the first 6 months of pregnancy or trying to get pregnant, are 65 years or over, before giving to children under the age of 7. If your child is suffering from asthma or chickenpox and if your child is suffering from dehydration, diarrhoea/vomiting. If you are taking medication regularly. Do not take for more than 3 days at a time.

If Symptoms persist, worsen, or if new symptoms appear, see your doctor. If you get an allergic reaction, stop taking and see your doctor immediately. Contains sugars and soy lecithin.
