Nature’s Way High Strength Magnesium, is a supplement that supports muscle health and function. It can help relieve mild muscle pain, cramps, spasms and stiffness when dietary intake is inadequate.

This great tasting Magnesium powdered supplement, contains the citrate form of magnesium that is used together with vitamin D3 to optimise muscle health and function & assist with absorption. It also contains additional minerals and key nutrients including vitamin C, B's, iron, zinc and the amino acid Glutamine.

The powder has 320mg of elemental magnesium per 6g dose.

Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 100mg Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 150IU) 3.75micrograms Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 20micrograms Iron (as Ferrous fumarate) 4.5mg Glutamine 500mg Magnesium (as Magnesium citrate) 320mg Pyridoxine hydrochloride 30mg equiv. to Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 25mg Zinc (as Zinc gluconate) 7mg

Usage Directions:

Adults over 18 years: Take one scoop (6g) of powder mixed into 200ml of water, daily or as recommneded by your health professional.
