• Ferrous fumarate 16mg equiv. elemental iron 5mg
• Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 121mg equiv. ascorbic acid 100mg
• Vitamin b6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 5mg
• Folic acid 95mcg
• Vitamin b12 (cyanocobalamin) 50mcg

No Added Gluten, lactose, sugar, artificial colours, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners, dairy products or animal-derived products.

Usage Directions:

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food or as recommended by your health professional.

Storage:

Store below 30°C, in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
