Directions
Dose: Adults open one capsule and sprinkle over food or in juice or take one capsule with water daily.

Apple cider vinegar powder (80%), vegetarian capsule (hypromellose, titanium dioxide, carrageenan), microcrystalline cellulose, green tea (1.35%), ginger (0.84%), magnesium stearate, cayenne pepper powder (0.42%), silicon dioxide, maltodextrin.
