Ingredients:

Capric Triglyceride, Cetostearyl Alcohol, Cetearyl Glucoside & Cetearyl Alcohol, Glucono Delta Lactone, Glyceryl Stearate, Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate, Glyceryl Caprylate, P-Anisic Acid, each 100g Contains 10ml Of Arnica Montana Extract (1:5) Equiv. To Dry Flower 20mg/g.

Usage Directions:

Massage a moderate amount into the affected area 3 times daily. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.
