Tang, tang, tang goes the finger lime. We can’t get enough of this weird little colourful variety of fruit which is the ultimate lime substitute. High in Vitamin C and a rich source of vitamins (including Vit E) and minerals, Finger Limes are bursting with fruitinessand are definitely sour but in the most delicious way.

Finger Limes are exceptionally versatile and trust us, you’ll find yourself using them a lot. Whether it be simply as a lemon/lime substitute, a salad dressing or replacing lemon for Finger Lime in your next cheesecake, this little finger of fruit won’t disappoint. It no doubts pairs perfectly with seafood but don’t stop there. Take your cocktails and gins to the next level or simply a dash to your soda water on ice on a hot day.

Due to the large clearance of native finger lime trees by early European settlers, our Fingers Limes are only sourced from farmed plantations in Northern NSW and we will never wild harvest this fruit.
