Lygodium japonicum dry whole plant extract 52mg from dry whole plant (Japanese Climbing Fern) 832mg

Usage Directions:

For cystitis* symptom relief: Take 5 tablets four times daily with food.

To maintain urinary tract health: Take 3 tablets four times daily with food.
