Description
Cous cous is a grain that is made by rolling semolina with water, to form small, round pallets into what we call 'cous cous'.
Although cous cous is technically a pasta, it is incredibly quick to cook and adds wonderful textures to an array of yummy dishes. You can easily toss it into a variety of fresh salad combinations, mix it in with some of your favourite roasted vegetables, and simply add it to a range of delicious meat and fish meals.
