Usage Directions:
Adults only: Take 2 capsules 1 hour before bedtime, or as directed by a health professional. Do not exceed recommended daily dose. WARNING: Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Talk to your health professional before use if you have any pre-existing conditions or are on any medications. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Avoid alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Exercise caution in driving a vehicle or operating heavy machinery. This product may have a laxative effect. Discontinue use if you develop diarrhoea. Mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If taking other supplements, read the label since supplements may contain the same ingredients. In case of accidental overdose, contact your doctor or Poisons Information Centre immediately (Australia 13 11 26). Keep out of reach of children.
