Bonvit Psyllium Husks mixed with 300ml of cool water or juice, is a refreshing, delicious way to include healthy, soluble dietary fibre from Psyllium in your diet. Always read the label. Directions
Adults - Add 4.5 grams approximately 1 1/2 level 5mL medicinal measuring spoons to a glass of at least 250 mL of cool water.
