Blackmores Sleep Sound Magnesium triple action formula supports mind relaxation, relieves restless sleep and is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support healthy sleeping patterns.

Ingredients:

Magnesium citrate (magnesium 296 mg) 2 g (2000 mg), Magnesium glycinate dihydrate (magnesium 24 mg) 216 mg (Total magnesium 320 mg), Glycine 3.1 g (3100 mg), Humulus lupulus (hops) extract dry conc. 125 mg equiv. to dry flower 937.5 mg, Calcium citrate tetrahydrate (calcium 133.2 mg) 634 mg.

Usage Directions:

Adults – Mix one scoop (7.5 g) of powder with 250 ml water, stir briskly and drink immediately. Take 30 minutes to 1 hour before bed.
