Ascorbic acid, heavy magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate, magnesium orotate dihydrate, excipients: calcium hydrogen, phosphate dihydrate, carnauba wax, colloidal anhydrous silica, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, hydrogenated vegetable oil, hypromellose, macrogol 400, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, titanium dioxide.

Usage Directions:

Adults: Take 2 tablets once daily with water, or as directed by your health professional.

Warnings:

WARNING - Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. [Contains vitamin B6]. This medicine contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
