Accu Chek instant blood glucose test strips, are suitable for use while self-testing. It is used for the determination of blood glucose levels.

It is to be used with the Accu chek instant S and the Accu chek Instant glucometers.

Usage Directions:

How to use:

Insert a blood glucose strip in the meter.

Apply a small blood sample anywhere along the wide, yellow edge of the strip.

Read the blood glucose result on the large display of the glucometer.

Storage:

Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Warnings:

Always read the label and follow the directions of use. Keep out of reach of children. If symptoms persist please consult your healthcare professional.

Use each test strip once and then discard it. Do not use out-of-date test strips. Check the expiry date printed on the test strip box. If only the year and month are printed on the test strip, then the expiry date is the last day of the month. Do not use a test strip that is wet or damaged.

NEVER reuse Test Strips. NEVER wipe Test Strips with water, alcohol, or any cleaner. DO NOT attempt to remove blood or control sample from Test Strips or clean Test Strips and reuse. Reuse of Test Strips will cause inaccurate results.
